Magic for people who

I grew up with a strong sense of justice and possibility, shaped by my family’s history, the political context of Chile, and the communities that raised me. When I moved to the U.S., that same instinct to understand power, to help people, to make things better, led me into social movements, nonprofits, and advocacy work. It wasn’t a career choice so much as a continuation of how I’d learned to move through the world.

Over time, that path evolved into MASU Consulting, my organizational development practice. Leaders and foundations began bringing me in during moments of complexity, like when teams needed restructuring, culture had frayed, conflict was escalating, or strategy wasn’t translating into action. My work focused on making systems visible, telling the truth cleanly, and helping organizations realign and move forward.

Whether I was in activist spaces, social justice nonprofits, or the boardrooms I eventually supported through MASU Consulting, the pattern was always the same: people were trying to lead, create, and transform without the spiritual grounding or energetic alignment to carry the work forward.

Everyone talked about strategy, mission, and impact, but almost no one talked about the state of their spirit, their energy, their resentment, their fear, or the truth they were avoiding. They weren’t lacking intelligence or skill. They were lacking connection: to themselves, to reality, to something bigger.

And I recognized it because I knew the feeling myself: drifting into over-responsibility, over-functioning, and letting my spiritual practices slip when things got busy. The result was always the same: less clarity, less ease, less alignment.

What saved me wasn’t “being strong.”

It was my relationship with Spirit.
My rituals.
My connection to nature.
And the inner clarity that comes from telling yourself the truth, even when it’s terrifying.

Those practices kept me sane and steady in the middle of complex leadership work: restructuring teams, coaching executives through conflict, supporting organizations in DEI transformations, navigating board dynamics, and helping leaders build healthier cultures. 

Even though MASU is not “spiritual work,” my own spiritual practices were always what kept me clear enough to lead that work well. Not in a woo way. In a grounded, practical way.

My relationship with Spirit gave me:

• inner clarity
• emotional steadiness
• sharp perception
• the ability to see root causes instead of symptoms

Those same qualities made me effective in the consulting spaces where everyone else was overwhelmed.

But while MASU was where I applied my clarity, it was never where I taught the source of it.

Bruja School came later, when people began asking not just for strategic insight, but for the tools I used to stay aligned, courageous, and grounded in a world built to disconnect us from ourselves.

People kept asking me how I did it, how I stayed grounded in chaotic systems, how I told the truth without blowing things up, how I recovered from setbacks, how I didn’t lose myself in the work.

So I started naming what I did.

Then teaching it.
Then refining it.

And over time, the thing that had quietly guided my entire life became something I could hand to other people: the Liberation Magic Method.

The tools that actually work:

• truth-telling,
• paradox,
• energy work,
• conscious relationship with the natural world,
• practical daily ritual.

I organized them into three parts because that’s all you need:

• The 3 Axioms (how reality works)
• The 3 Levels of Consciousness (how alignment works)
• The Elemental Framework (how energy works)

That’s it. No glitter. No spectacle... well, maybe a little bit of glitter.
